1 weekend a month 2 weeks a year my ass!

So for those of you that don't know already I'm in the South Dakota Army National Guard. Which mean one weekend a month and two weeks a year, or so I thought. Figuring this all out I have put a lot more time than that into my unit lately and I'm kind of pissed at them right now. I put in as much time as I can, I take off work, school and time with my kid to help them out whenever I can. I am thinking maybe this will help me out and they would ask me to help out the next time they have a temp job opening. Well guess what, there one open right now. So I figured great I have my foot in the door and maybe they will call me. Oh no, they go right past me to a guy who has be in 2 less years than me and has no qualifations for the position. Yep that's right the guy that gets to choose the temp is a sexist prick! yep i said it a sexist prick! ok i'm done. I'll right more later
